My favorite Colombian bakery when I’m in queens! Staff is super sweet and friendly & their jugos en leche are to die for! Try the mango or maracuya flavor you won’t regret! PS they have amazing arepas de choclo!!!
I ordered the dark chocolate cake and coffee. The cake looked good but was actually very dry and crumbly. After tipping 20% at the time of order, I asked for an ice cube on my way out because the coffee was boiling hot and I was in a hurry and the younger lady behind the counter was very rude and wanted to charge extra for the ice cube. And the coffee wasn’t any good either. I won’t be going back.
Service is very SLOW. I can tell the counter staff have no idea what the NYC fast paced service should be like. I ordered a latte and wanted the cup to go and they want to charge me an extra $0.50 PLUS TAX. They could not make an exception for a regular customer whom they just loss. Food is dry and over cooked. Not coming back.
I recommend this place as the food is delicious, they have excellent customer service. The place is nice and cozy.
Caf de Colombia is an excellent place to find Colombian breakfasts and desserts, without a doubt my favorite place to eat something sweet, the place’s marble cheesecake is 10/10 highly recommended, plus its decoration is innovative and pleasant, I love it ????
I love the place, it’s super nice and quiet, the service is very good, the girls are very friendly and the food is delicious.

I will NOT be coming back. Bad customer service especially the shorter one that was in today, pink shirt. It all happened after check out. I should not be rushed making a purchase, should had asked for my money back. They act like it’s an upscale place and it’s definitely NOT! Treat your customers with respect. RESPECT FOR ALL.
I recommend it for lunch, I always eat lunch of the day and sometimes the tray paisa. The prices are the best in queens! The girls are also very friendly!
I think that for a place where they can serve food and be comfortable, it is very unpleasant that the Music exceeds the required Volume levels in such a small space. I had my headphones on the whole time and even then the music was more overwhelming than my own noise on the Mobile.
I didn’t feel calm or comfortable eating.
